Angela’s love for yoga began in 2003 after a car accident challenged her to find a way to rehab her knees. She successfully rehabbed both knees using the powerful healing properties of yoga. Angelea teaches “smart flow” yoga; a strong vinyasa flow yoga style that brings together intelligent sequencing with emphasis on safety and proper alignment. This type of yoga strengthens tones and tightens the body, focuses the mind and allows the body to open in a safe and logical way. Angela’s sessions range from the meditative and restorative to powerful sweaty strong vinyasa flow sequences. Just as the body is unique and changes from day to day, Angela is constantly observing and tailoring the yoga sessions to the clients individual needs and desires. Much more than simply stretching, yoga enlivens and awakens every cell in the body creating muscles that work together harmoniously. Regular yoga practice improves posture, relieves stress, creates powerful core strength, prevents injuries due to tight muscles and integrates the body and mind creating wellness in all parts of your being. Having just completed a teacher training intensive with vinyasa flow guru Shiva Rhea, Angela constantly thrives to offer her clients fresh perspective, creativity and inspiration in their yoga practice. She invites you to join her in a fun expressive exploration into your own wonderfully unique yoga practice.
